Welcome to the reason we all exist. The concept started in October of 2025 when I, Justin Fish, was asking questions of the “AI” being presented to us. Sure, it made some funny Super Bowl Commercials, but I wasn’t impressed. I wanted to see AI mean something, to have a reason to be here. So, I started thinking, and by November I had an idea. And by December, I had a concept, and a solution by February 2026. A Governed Workforce of Employees, capable of working in the layers most people can’t reach or manage effectively.
Sure, I could just hire someone for the task, but then there’s onboarding, HR, training, and a long list of protocols. That is why the need for agentic structure started to rise. I, however, stood in the face of the industry, silently, and said I’m doing this better. What I learned through my early development was that systems needed guardrails, or rules and a leader to enforce them. And with the early limitations of agentic structure at the beginning, we found that machine learning was stronger than any LLM could be. But we started to test structures where we combined the concepts, and started making changes, establishing OUR “Agentic Structure”. We discovered we had an answer. And we stayed quiet. Stayed building, because in a world where everyone else is being loud with their words. I’m being loud with my work.

Our first designed structure for deployment of our Employees in a Workforce was in the Pipeline. We have DaNA, an expert in routing and automation who is excellent at communication and reasoning. They were designed to represent the substrate. And they are trained to follow strict protocols for handling data and information.
When we reached v4 with our Daemons, we implemented relational hierarchy. A set of guardrails that create the ability for our Employees to work with and alongside each other performing team-based tasks. Need a huge project ready for the board meeting on Friday? Here is our other big deployment use for our Employees. Users will be able to assign Employees to monitoring functions. This is where you call an Employee who checks your email once a day for information on new Governance in Autonomy. DaNA will lead you to set this up and develop your dashboards, and systems, Oracle will offer Live Help if you need it.
